Proclamation Pick up

October 5 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
Join us on October 5 at noon as Decoding Dyslexia Minnesota receives the Dyslexia Awareness Month Proclamation in the Governor’s Reception Hall at the Minnesota State Capitol. This proclamation is more than a document—it’s a public acknowledgment of the thousands of Minnesota children who work twice as hard to read, the families who advocate tirelessly, and the educators committed to structured literacy.
By showing up, you help amplify the message that dyslexia awareness matters. That early screening matters. That evidence‑based instruction matters. And that every child deserves the chance to become a confident, capable reader.
We welcome all supporters to stand with us at the Minnesota State Capitol as we celebrate this important recognition.
Location Details:
The Governor’s Office is Room 130 on the first floor, southwest corner of the Capitol. If you enter through the main front entrance, head to the first floor and turn left at the Rotunda—the entrance to the Governor’s Office will be on your left.
